What is the Power of We?

Anjali is climbing the Seven Summits - the highest mountain on each continent - and journeying to the North and South Poles to build a global coalition of Changemakers to combat gender-based violence. Her climbs will tell stories of survivors like her, raise funds to combat gender-based violence on and off the mountains, and build a global movement for survivors to step into their power.

As she goes on this adventure, known as the Explorer's Grand Slam, she hopes to inspire young Indian-American girls to pursue their dreams fiercely and fully.

Anjali has summited Mt. Aconcagua & Mt. Kilimanjaro

Both of these mountains have been a true test of Anjali's high altitude capacity. Having climbed Mt. Aconcagua in January of 2024, she learned that the mountains were a place that she, as a survivor, finally felt as though she was stepping into her power. She learned to celebrate that power on Mt. Kilimanjaro as she summited in September of 2024.

Other mountains and expeditions in her acumen include: Mt. Snowdon, Mt. Fuji, Volcan Villarrica, the Spaghetti Tour (Alps), and Mont Blanc.
